AAI Changes
From our customers:
"Gabriel Labs has been helping me manage our facilities waste water issues for over 20 years now – throughout this time they have been highly responsive to all of our issues, their knowledge of the policies and methodologies of the MWRDGC has been invaluable in managing our waste water costs resulting in some rather significant saving."

In November 2006, the EPA created a new set of standards to conduct All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) through Phase I Site Assessments. AAI Site Assessments involve more research and interviews than ASTM 1527-00, the former Phase I standard. While both guidelines are still accepted, AAI is the highest level of liability protection available. ASTM has also updated its standard (1527-05) to comply with AAI regulations.
Gabriel is your complete AAI resource
- Gabriel's "traditional protocol" Phase I Assessments meet or exceed ASTM 1527-00
- Gabriel's AAI-compliant Phase I Assessments meet or exceed ASTM 1527-05
- Gabriel's staff meet or exceed all of the requirements for an Environmental Professional (EP) under the new AAI rules
